A conversion of the 1902 printing works of G Waterson and Sons who specialised in the printing of cheque books and banknotes. They occupied the premises until 2003 when they moved to premises at Newbridge. The firm went into liquidation in 2004. A fine example of an industrial building in red sandstone. Listed Category C.
