On Hunter Street. See the coat of arms here Image I believe this to be the building referred to in the novel "Espedair Street" by the late Iain Banks as the Paisley College of Technology Students Union. Described as being "designed in an appropriately depressing blind-cubist-with-a-hangover style". It appears to have been modified (the dormers look like recent additions), but it is by no means the ugliest building in Paisley.
