A Category B Listed building http://data.historic-scotland.gov.uk/pls/htmldb/f?p=2200:15:0::::BUILDING:43487 by T G Abercrombie in 1898. On Stock Street at Espedair Street. Built as an addition to Gleniffer Laundry for Archibald Bell and Son, Espedair Street. In 1913 it was in use as a foundry. In the 1940s it was the works of Wood-Craft, building contractors. Now a snooker club. Possibly the former factory (now a pizza restaurant) referred to in the novel Espedair Street by the late Iain Banks.
