A C-listed town house from ca. 1820: http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/sc-20259-dee-street-41- . The yellow plaque commemorates the opera singer Mary Garden (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Garden ), who was born here in 1874.
