Skinner Street is on the left. Formerly, Upper Dock Street was named Dock Street. It was renamed after the building of John Frost Square and the Kingsway Centre in the 1960s obliterated the central part of Dock Street. The southern section of Dock Street was renamed Lower Dock Street.
