A row of temporary, single-storey shops was built after WWII, between Spencer Street and North Street. Their 'temporary' status came to a close this year, when they were demolished. Site clearance and the erection of a perimeter fence are in progress. The poster on the wall advertises Trinity Tower, a proposed new office development over seven floors.
