This path leads from Oxford Street into The Ponderosa playing fields. It is opposite one of the entrances to Crookesmoor School and I believe it was formed to give access to the three additional temporary classrooms erected on The Ponderosa. There is now, no evidence of these classrooms but they do appear on a photograph on the Picture Sheffield site ... the picture reference is v02862 See ... Image
