At the western end of Albert Terrace is a house, former shop, perhaps two at one time, built 1856 per the date stone above the first floor window. To the right is the former Primitive Methodist Chapel, built 1876 by Joseph Wright (1818-1885), pupil of Cuthbert Brodrick, Kingston upon Hull's most celebrated Victorian architect. The chapel was deregistered in 1933 and subsequently used for various purposes. It is now the Sutton Masonic Hall, attached to the Brough Lodge of Freemasons, constituted 1934.
