During this officers have engaged by multiple members of the public and local businesses about the issue of drug dealing and fly tipping in the area. Initial visits identified no change in the accumulation of rubbish outside the address, and no persons were seen in or around the building. Subsequent foot patrols confirmed that the situation remained unchanged, with no indications of ongoing street‑based sex trading (OSST) observed at that time. Further high‑visibility patrols included engagement with staff at the nearby care home, who reported that prostitution activity was still occurring in the vicinity. They confirmed ownership of the surrounding bushes and agreed to explore options for cutting them back, while noting that the adjacent avenue of trees is owned and recently maintained by the council. Contact details were exchanged to support continued communication and follow‑up as the matter progresses.
