Since the demolition of the Berwick Playhouse, the site has remained untouched behind high metal fences, wherein wild plants and flowers (mainly buddleia and poppies) have flourished undisturbed: the ground has recently been cleared, with stone and brick debris heaped at the sides of the plot. Perhaps something is going to happen here!
