The sacred well on the east side of the church has been covered over by the graveyard. This alcove is outside the churchyard, built into the retaining wall in Church Street, which runs below the south edge of the church. The diverted spring water now emerges from a small recess at the back of the alcove. There is another Saint Teilo's Well is in a far more rural setting in Llandilo, Pembrokeshire at SN101270
