Leading up towards Dagenham Dock railway station. In the background is the A13 dual carriageway. These 'kiss-and-ride' facility allow drivers to stop and wait, instead of the longer-term parking associated with park-and-ride facilities. Am not sure this term should be used when talking about taxis!
