Recently-built Jubilee House is on the corner of Victoria Road and Addison Road. There are retail units (some of which are to let in this view) at street level and flats above. The corner ahead is occupied by a Nisa Local supermarket. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3381742 This site was formerly occupied by the long derelict Vivian Park Hotel, which was demolished to make way for Jubilee House.
