Located at 13 High Street North, this red-brick TE which has the code SMST, would have replaced a smaller one from the GPO era sometime during the mid-1980s. It provides telephone and broadband services to 730 residential and 41 non-residential premises in Stewkley, plus Dunton nearby. The BT warning notice, window and ventilation louvre can be clearly seen on the building, whilst a yellow grit salt bin in front of it would be useful in case of snow and ice on the ground. The blue entrance door could do with some paint being applied to it. This TE has (01525) 24xxxx numbers, the (01525) referring to the Leighton Buzzard group of thirteen TEs, and its postcode is LU7 0HJ.
