War memorial arch on Manor Gardens (road). Built in 1923 and designed by the architect Percy Adams. Made of red brick with Portland stone dressings. The arch and window over are all that survive of the casualty department of the Royal Northern Hospital. It is Grade II listed. The arch is now incorporated into a new housing development on the road.
