A wooden semi-detached residential property occupying the corner where Chatsworth Avenue branches off Meadow Lane. This road is a left-hand turning just beyond "The Old Dairy", a former milk distribution depot and just before the Meadow Lane level crossing. Further down Chatsworth Avenue the area only hosts a small number of truncated streets - containing 4-5 dozen modern houses and a couple of factory units - because the land is situated within a triangle formed by three converging railway lines.
