This is the view from the downs above Smallcombe Vale,Widcombe,Bath. The land is access land and has paths running across it, and is part of the Bath Skyline walk. The views across to the city of Bath are far reaching. The house mid image is at the edge of housing running from the city out through (Widcombe before open country is reached ( which is just about where I took the picture from) A busy road (Widcombe Hill) lies to the left of the picture just beyond the wall and rises very steeply from Widcombe on its way out of the city past the University of Bath.
