Yannon Towers and the mouth of the Teign

Yannon Towers (not its original name) is one of Teignmouth's biggest surviving 19th-century houses. Being cement-rendered it's unobtrusive in views but were it to be painted… In view are the Ness and the Point either side of the rivermouth.
