This track provides access to the Marine Lake from Fairway. On the left is the modern 'Vitalise Sandpipers' establishment, which overlooks the Marine Lake: http://www.vitalise.org.uk/centre_breaks/our_centres/vitalise_sandpipers_southport/ On the right is the equally modern 'LA fitness' studio.
