You have to be a certain age to get the reference to the "Wheeltappers and Shunters Club", a fictional place in a 1970s TV series http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wheeltappers_and_Shunters_Social_Club In 2011 local media reported it was faced with closure, but I'm not sure whether it is still open or not.
