Drinking fountain in an alcove by the rose garden Image in Ashton Gardens. Above the alcove are the coat of arms of the Ashton family Image The top plaque inside the alcove reads "These gardens were presented by The Right Hon Lord Ashton to the inhabitabts of St. Annes-on-the-Sea 1914" Set into the recess behind the fountain is a notice reading "Restored with gratefuk thanks by the Supporters of Ashton Gardens and all the inhabitants of Saint Annes on the Sea with the aid of a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund 2011".
