The gable end indicates that this building was once Cooke's 'Britannia Hotel'. By 1983, it was 'Burnett House', occupied by Burnett & Co. (Hull) Limited. Subsequently vacant for several years, it was refurbished, but has yet to find an occupier (2012). Image
