Though a ramp leads up to the footbridge from Dingle Road http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3253833 wheelchair users can proceed no further as there are steps up to the bridge http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3254041 which leads to a path to Windsor Road. It formerly connected the two station platforms until the 1960s, when one platform became disused after the track alongside it was removed.
