This muddy bridleway leaves the Emberton-Clifton Reynes road at this point on a sharp bend and winds its way through featureless arable fields for about a mile to Clifton Spinney and Newton Woods, visible on the skyline. There it joins another road that leads southwards out of Newton Blossomville.
