Category B listed row of 6 cottages built in 1793 by the Earl of Strathmore for workers of the Glamis Estate. Lady Maitland founded the Angus Folk Collection in 1958 and it was run by local trustees until handed over to the National Trust for Scotland in 1974. Earlier plans show the cottages extending into what is now the car park.
