Harrogate Young Persons Rendezvous charity occupied the building, previously a Wesleyan School, until it closed in September 2012. There is an Ordnance Survey cut mark benchmark http://www.bench-marks.org.uk/bm37909 on the corner of the building in the shadow of the railings.
