Islandreagh is an unusual accommodation level crossing, at Muckamore View, on the Belfast (left) – Londonderry/Portrush railway. The (private) road leads to houses between the Belfast Road and the Sixmilewater. The barriers (effectively full ones across the narrow road) are user-operated and are always in the lowered position. The view is from across the Belfast Road. Image shows the barriers in the raised position.
