A 'country pub and dining' says the signage, indicating that this pub is in the country and serves food. I take it to mean that they aspire to combine the best of traditional pub values with a bit of a gastro-pub flair added but maybe without the higher prices. If so great, just what I like. I can't comment as I didn't darken their door.
