Fenton House on Higher Ardwick is a Grade II listed town house http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-388187-fenton-house- which at the time of listing (1994) had been converted into a hotel. It seems to have been used in recent years as residential care home http://www.uk-carehomes.co.uk/manchester-care-homes-6858.php and a "soul food" takeaway. Soul Food (M/Cr) Ltd was founded in 2004 and had its registered office at Fenton House. It last filed company accounts in 2006 and was dissolved in 2009.
