The Post Office closed suddenly in about 2010. Eventually it was cleared, the old adverts removed from the walls, and the old photos which adorned the walls are said to have gone in the skip. Very sad for all concerned and for the village. It is now a private house. The latest development is that there is Post Office sign outside the Cross Keys Pub opposite.
