There has been some clearance of foliage in the weeks since Image was taken; a large tree seems to have been felled. Fortunately the listed gate and adjoining walls and piers have not been injured. They are described in detail at https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1269142?section=official-listing . Seen across the A379 Torquay Road.
