Clearly disused as a wharf now, but occupied by several businesses, none of whom match the logo on the wall, which is a 1980s sign for an earlier occupant, Magnet. Their name has been removed from below, but not what appears to be 'I M' under that. What did that mean? The equipment in the open surely belongs to one of the current occupants, London Building Equipment UK Ltd.
