The detailed map view of this road is a little confusing, it makes it look like a cul-de-sac with a dog-leg in it, but in fact once you turn off the B4477 you need to turn left into this road. The road beyond this turning is indeed only a track which ends here Image but it is metalled and indistinquishable from the rest.
