This narrow gap between some new apartments and The Valley Surgery is due to contain the NET tram lines (see Image The first step is to culvert (and possibly divert) this watercourse. The day of this photograph had seen heavy rain and the stream was very swollen. Hopefully the culvert will be designed to cope.
