Much of what appears here no longer exists, although I suspect the Bentley will still be on the road. The Midland Bank building stood on the corner of Solihull Road/Stratford Road, where Morrisons now stands. Visible on the roof of the bank building is a sign for the Odeon cinema. On the opposite side of Stratford Road is the Carleton garage - there is now a Carleton building near the spot. Ahead of the Bentley is a vintage motorcycle and a Midland Red bus, once the long-distance service for the Midlands. Parked on the left is a mini van.
