This building, although attached to the Haymarket Centre was built around 1969/70 and really is concrete at its finest! There was a 'famous' sequence in 'The Growing Pains of Adrian Mole' (1987), where Adrian was crouched on the first floor balcony reeling from teenage angst! As for 'Mr Kiesa' on the left of the balcony, this is reputedly a large, redundant venue now vacant for some 20 years.
