Looking down Alexandra Road towards its junction with the A57. Most of the terraced houses here date from circa 1870 and houses on adjacent streets are separated by cobbled alleys (also knownn as back entries or simply entries. See Image ). Now most houses here have one or more associated cars and consequent parking difficulties!
