In the foreground is Christ the King RC Church Image In the background are Smeaton's Tower and the War Memorial on Plymouth Hoe in Image The photograph was taken by my father from the rooftop restaurant on top of the Civic Centre. This was closed after the 1975 season http://www.plymouthdata.info/CivicCentre.htm so this photograph must have been taken before that date.
