The splendid mock Gothic façade of Ashridge management college is so well executed that it could well pass for being far older than it is. Dating in fact from the early C19th it has had numerous uses over the years. At one time it was known as the Bonar Law college after the C20th Prime Minister of that name, when it was used as a training centre for Conservative Party workers.
