On the second day of the Middlesex-Nottinghamshire match, Notts' captain Chris Read leaves a ball from Corey Colleymore alone. Read went on to make 71 and his partner Adam Voges 105 as the league leaders totalled 329, a first-innings lead of 231. Fielder No 34 is the Middlesex seam bowler Tim Murtagh. The view is from the temporary seats at the Pavilion End. The match was played at Uxbridge as Lord's was being prepared for Olympic archery.
