Part of East Malling Research. To quote the web site - "The East Malling Water Centre offers the ideal facility for container plant research, particularly with respect to irrigation and plant water relations. The facility consists of a variety of different experimental container plant beds, the opportunity to monitor and sample run-off from those beds and surrounding areas, an irrigation gantry, and a dedicated meteorological station."
