Torrential July rain as two steam launches come through Lock No. 4 - Blockhouse Lock. Bridge No. 4 is in the background with some hardy soul photographing from under an umbrella. Four Steamboat Association members from the south had come up for a four day trip and this was their first encounter with narrow canals. I cadged a couple of rides and later in the day helped with locking up the Offerton flight.
