Leicester, LE3 - Braunstone Park

The entrance to Braunstone Park nearest to Braunstone Police Station, on Hallam Crescent East. This huge park (168 acres of open parkland, wooded areas and meadows) is home to Braunstone Hall and was part of a compulsory purchase order by Leicester City Council "for housing and recreational purposes" in the early 1930s.
