The memorial itself is located at the far end of the line of stones, where it is seen side-on; for a better view of the memorial itself, and for more information, see the Image The present view is intended mainly to show its situation within Greenock Cemetery (note the Image, prominent in the background). The location has been improved considerably in recent years. The inscription on the low stone in the foreground is "Greenock Burns Club / Inst. 1801 / The Mother Club / For A' That".
