The first vehicles in the convoy can be seen rounding the corner at the junction of Golden Square and Marygate. First up is a bus which deposited the torch bearers at their start point followed up by the sponsors (or "presentation partners") floats. First of these was the Coca-Cola float which can be seen still rounding the corner in the distance. Before this several police motorcyclists from the local force had already passed by, who presumably were operating road closures at junctions with the torch relay route.
