A view to the SE from the bridge end http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2995442 of the station. The unstaffed, single-track, single-platform station is on the Merthyr line, between Pentre-bach station and Merthyr Vale station. The station name signs show Troed-y-Rhiw, the only examples I found of this spelling during my visit here. The otherwise universal spelling is Troedyrhiw, such as on the village boundary signs. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2991601
