Dim Canwio - No Canoeing

Crawia Bridge was the scene some years ago of an ugly confrontation between fishermen and canoeists. The sign still reads, in two languages, 'Dim Canwio', 'No Canoeing' and is underlined by the presence of anti-canoe obstacles beneath the bridge. Image
