Once a upon a time Felcourt had a post office

Image: © Ed of the South Taken: 1 Aug 1996

This is a scanned image of a photo taken before the turn of the century at the junction of Blackberry Road and Felcourt Road. Not only does it show there was an operating post office and stores, but also a working and maintained red phone box. The post office and stores has long ceased to exist, now being a private dwelling. The telephone box has been allowed to fall into a bad state of disrepair.
