The former printing works of Waddie & Co. Ltd. http://www.edinburghcityofprint.org/pages/the-printing-industry/printing-houses/waddies.php It was originally built in 1900 as a biscuit factory for Simon Henderson & Sons, and acquired by Waddie's in 1950. The name was transferred from their previous premises in the Stockbridge area. I'm not sure of their present use.
