This boat belongs to the Willow Trust which provides free activities and days out on the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal for disabled and elderly people. http://www.gloucesterdocks.me.uk/studies/willowtrust.htm It is approaching Patch Bridge, which has been swung open to allow passage towards Sharpness.
